I was primarily responsible for the ongoing management of clients, retention of new and renewal clients, and maintaining a partnership with the producer to support business development activities while upholding high service standards.

These duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining relationships with multiple insurance companies/MGAs to negotiate and obtain quotes, binders, endorsements, etc.
• Cross selling products to potential customers
• Managing established book of accounts
• Negotiating renewals for existing customers
• Presenting Renewals to existing Clients
• Obtaining information and documentation from new and existing clients
• Resolving customer issues

Prepare and maintain service records by collecting & analyzing customer information. Resolve client service needs by clarifying the pain point, selecting & explainging best solutions, expediting correction, and following up to ensure resolution.

These duties include but are not limited to:

• Processing Endorsements
• Cross selling products to potential customers
• Taking Payments from Clients
• Obtaining information and documentation from new and existing clients
• Resolving customer issues

Create & nurture relationships with potential clients & referral sources to farm new business and promote the growth of the agency through sales.

• Presenting Proposals to Potential Clients
• Cross selling products to potential customers
• Educating Clients on Products Available
• Advising Clients on Risk Management
• Closing Sales
